1. The Beginning…
Now that you have determined if the big day is going to be indoors or outdoors and the venue has been decided, it is time to start putting everything together. Let’s talk about details, either in person at our office, over the phone or we can talk at the site and take measurements to determine a great approach for the site. As time goes on we can always adjust as we go through the planning process.
2. Friends & Family
How many friends and family will be in the wedding party? How many guests do you anticipate? By determining the number of people, we can determine tent sizes, dance floors, tables, chairs, ect. (We can always make changes after the RSVPS come in.)
3. Wedding Planners & Decorators
Now is the time to decide if a planner or decorator should be hired. We can work directly with you and help with the planning as well as with planners/decorators or together with everyone to achieve your vision.
4. Must Haves & Wish List
We can talk about budget and work within that but that is no fun. We love to start with the wish list and then get to the must haves if needed. There are many different rental equipment options to work within all budgets.
We can supply all of the tables, linens, napkins, chairs, dishes, warmers and things you may not have heard of before that will be needed. It is important to talk to the caterer to see what they will be supplying.
5. Set Up
We typically will install the wedding rentals 1-2 days before the wedding to allow time for the decorating. Our friendly crews will work diligently to get everything done in a timely manner.
5. Take Down
The crews will return to the site and take down and remove all of the wedding equipment. Don’t worry, there is no need for you to be there unless you want to.
You will work with a wedding professional to ensure everything is to your liking. Our team will be as involved as possible from the planning stage, through design and mock-up through set up and break down of your event.
We realize that every couple’s budget will look a little different and we can work within your budget to make your wedding day fabulous. If you find a better quote elsewhere, bring it to us and we’ll work with you.
